Introduction

his Fast Track Hairdressing Course is designed for beginners who want to become a hairdresser in as short a time as possible.
Previous experience is not necessary but you must be self-motivated, organised and above all passionate about hair. We will teach you all the skills you will need to become a proud professional hairdresser.

This course is specifically designed to provide students with an intensive 12 week course in which they will learn the necessary practical and theoretical skills to either work in a salon, or become a freelance hairdresser.

This course is taught by qualified educators who incorporate theory work, special projects, demonstrations and hands-on workshops. Your tutor will guide you through the stages of the course and monitor your personal progress. All necessary equipment, styling tools and manuals are provided.
You will be assessed in both theory and practical areas throughout this course..
Students are welcome to bring in a camera to take photos during this course.

Our courses have a maximum of 4 students per class – offering an amazing student to tutor ratio.

Course content
1)Basic and Advance Hair cutting
2)Basic and Advance Hair styling
3)Basic and Advance Hair Colouring
4)Perming and Neutralization
5)Basic of barbering

All the courses will cover :

• Professional ethics
• Client consultation and record keeping
• Safety and hygiene in the workplace
• Contra indications to the treatment
• Preparation of the client and materials
• Anatomy and Physiology
• After care advice

Every Wednesday and Thursday – 10.30am to 4.30pm

What will I receive when I complete the course?
Once you successfully complete the Hair dressing  training course you will receive The Fami Institute Diploma. This will enable you to obtain public liability insurance.
