Introduction
This course is suitable for anyone wishing to gain knowledge of basic and advanced massage for sports people, including basic exercise regimes and joint mobilisation techniques. Becoming a Sports Massage Therapist encompasses many responsibilities such as individual client assessment, massage, soft tissue techniques and post-treatment advice to manage and rehabilitate the various soft tissues of the body.

- Massage of the knee
- Massage of the leg
- Massage of the arm, elbow and wrist
- Massage of the neck and shoulders
- Massage of the back and buttocks area

Once you successfully complete the Sports massage training course you will receive The Fami Institute Diploma. This will enable you to obtain public liability insurance.
